This demo shows how several stations can be used on an on demand basis:

The general concept is called "metadata management", meaning this is not only about displaying a video clip.

On the left hand side, in the upper part, you get an indication of the type of content currently displayed. The player can therefore react to it and you would have the possibility to filter the content (music only, no adverts, no sports, etc)
On the lower part you have some controls like the possibility to select a different station, selecting a favourite, getting help and changing the size of the display with full details or less details, going to full screen mode (not active).

The lower bar contains adverts and a set of buttons to control the progression of the content. The content controls this box and on some clips you won't be able to use them. The idea is that the station can impose you to see a part of the content (copyright, forced ads, etc°.
The middle part is used for the clip and the ZOOM IN button is not lit, you will get many additional information embedded in the clip.
The top box is used but the radio stations to display useful information and their program.
below is the CV box where you get real time information on the speaker, singer or people who are involved in the clip. You can display a photo, address, logo and a set of buttons (controlled as well by the content) to obtain a biography of this person, send them a email, etc.
Below the CV box is a table of content as a clip is generally part of a bigger set of clips so you can decide to jump straight to a specific clip within a programme.
The top bar informs about the programme, the session, the sub session. Using this granularity allows to get a better control from the station side as well as the listener side where you can filter, manage the control and the display for each level of a programme.
Below the TOC, this box is used to display real time links related to the current clip. This is the opportunity for e-commerce.

Finally, the clip itself in the graphics zone is interactive. In some clips you can click on the display to control what you want to see. Many clips are broadcasted with a navigation facility (textual or graphic)that allows you to jump straight to the sub part you are really interested to see without waiting for it. The only trick here is that the "mandatory" parts will still be displayed (which is why they are mandatory).
