SpeedoProjects
A SpeedoEvent is composed of several SpeedoProjects.
Some examples are detailed on the Home Page of this website.
Typically a SpeedoProject is materialised by a session in a room or a hall during the SpeedoEvent.
SpeedoMembers will propose to create a session on a specific subject that will be submitted to the SpeedoBoard.
The SpeedoBoard will then work with the SpeedoMembers to determine the feasibility and foreseen budget to be planned. They will identify a SpeedoMentor that will validate the project with
the SpeedoMember.
Once a project is accepted, other SpeedoMembers will be invited to join the project. The team is composed and roles are assigned democratically. The SpeedoMentor will define these roles and
the tasks that need to be performed.
The SpeedoBoard will then readjust the budget if necessary and allocate the rewards that go with them.
A projected date of completion will be determined for actually delivery live during one or more SpeedoEvents.
Once the SpeedoProject has been delivered, the SpeedoBoard will pay out the rewards according to the results achieved by every SpeedoMembers and SpeedoMentor.
The SpeedoMember who brought the idea will receive special rewards.
